| Chairman of the Group: Mr. R.B. Yadav There is an extraordinary person behind every successful organization. The individual nurtures it, and relentlessly pursues the goal he or she had envisaged for the company. Such an individual must be infinitely capable, and supremely dynamic. Group Chairman R.B Yadav fits the bill perfectly. The BE Group began its operations way back in 1979, when the first seeds of this prominent organization were sown by R. B Yadav, when he started a company dealing in the manufacture of manual photocopiers. It was his able guidance and dynamic leadership that saw the group growing by leaps and bounds over the years. He has been instrumental in nurturing the Group through its initial years and has very skillfully managed its remarkable growth over the years. He is a born motivator and has inspired his employees to give full vent to their talent. This has been one of the important factors in the company registering such a dramatic growth. His unbridled energy, drive, and ambition have seen the Group enter new markets, thus strengthening its sales by getting the first—move-in benefit. He is an unparalleled visionary who wants to incorporate the best technology money can buy. This has meant a continuous improvement in the distribution channels of the group, and new additions to the group’s products and services portfolio. His customer oriented focus has led to numerous developments in the area of customer services. His vibrant versatility has rubbed on all the members of the BE Team, who follow his footsteps in the quest to achieve distinction in all the Group’s operations. Mr. Amit Yadav is one of the founding members of BE Software Solutions and is the Vice President of Operations in the firm. He joined BE Office Automation as a Regional Manager after his Master's in Computer Science from Moscow State Academy in 1997. His strong leadership qualities and global orientation soon saw him donning the mantle of an International Manager. Mr. Amit Yadav’s involvement in the company saw it achieve tremendous success. This able entrepreneur then founded the BE Business Machines in Toronto, Canada, which was also a huge success. His IT expertise was further enhanced, by the time he spent working for Global Bay INC, New York, in the year 2000 and later on also with Mascon IT, Chicago. On his return to India in 2002 he took up the position of an Executive Director of BE Office Automation and was in charge of a variety of activities like global client relationships, logistics, sales, and international marketing. He then globe trotted to Singapore in 2003 where he set up the highly successful Sam Office Equipment Pvt. Ltd. Under the aegis of UK Government’s HSMP (Highly Skilled Migrant Program), Mr. Amit Yadav moved to the UK, where he started Bhagwan International, a photocopier export company. His vision and leadership powered the company on the road to success. His versatility and individual initiative came to the fore when he become one of the select few private entrepreneurs to be accredited as a registrar for the .IN Top Level Domain, in the year 2005. Mr. Yadav’s wealth of networking experience and proficiency in software and hardware development combined with his experience of sales and marketing has enabled him to contribute effectively in the success story of the BE Group. |
